I took some pictures of the kids making cupcakes because I want to create a picture on tiles for my kitchen. At first Dylan was kind of shy about it then he discovered the sprinkles. His plate was piled with sprinkles and he thought it was so cool to make as he says birthday cake. Brooky did a great job she was so careful not to make a mess. But in reality all she wanted to do was lick that spoon.

I took these pictures to show everyone how cute Brooky looks with her two front teeth missing. I love to make her say Sally Sells Seashells by the Seashore because of her lisp.

I have been trying to teach Brooky the difference between New Mexico and Mexico. Well I don't think she understood me cause my sister over heard her talking to my niece (Taylor). Taylor was talking to Brooky about her friend Kai who she said "moved to China, no Mexico" That is when Brooky asked her " well was it the new Mexico or the old Mexico". Oh I love the way a childs mind thinks.

This Easter was so much fun. Both of the Kids were so excited. Dylan was really into his motorcycle and Brooklyn loved her flowers. Then we went to Build a Bear, wow was that a treat for mom and dad, chasing our two children around a store. Dylan was fascinated with the stuffing machine until it went off unexpected and scared the crap out of him, but that didn't stop him from running around. Brooklyn had so much fun picking out an outfit for her bear, I swear she took an hour to decide, but she finally found what she was looking for. I am so happy she finally picked the bunny I have tried to talk her into that one for years now.

Piggy backing fools

So normally Brooklyn can not stand to be around her brother, but then she realized he will let her piggy back him around the house. He loves his sister and she usually wants nothing to do with him. So it warms my heart when I actually see them play together. Oh and Nikki I hope you notice Dylan is looking at the camera and giving a big silly grin.

Dylan has discovered Brooklyn's pink cowboy hat and fell in love with it immediately. I have tried to get him to use a black one that I bought him, but for some reason he only loves the pink one. What can I say only real men like pink.

Stranger Danger

Last Friday Brooklyn's dad Willy went to pick her up from school. The office called her down to the office, she looked at her dad and said "Hi Dad I need to go back and get my stuff." So she goes back to her class room and proceeds to tell her teacher "some guy is here to pick me up, I go visit him sometimes but I don't live with him." So of coarse her teacher is freaked out and follows her to the front office and starts to talk to Willy. He was mortified and just looked at Brooky and said you didn't say I am your dad. When he called to tell me this story I couldn't help but laugh my but off. She looks so innocent yet she is a very witty child.
